In case of a warranty claim the watch will be transferred through us to the manufacturer, who will, on the condition of a warranty case and at his discretion, repair or replace the watch (with the same or a similar model). The warranty does not prejudice at all your lawful rights towards us on the subject of warranty.

Bonne montre mais quand je l'ai acheté je pensais pouvoir prendre ma douche avec et nager, elle est notée étanche 30 mètres sur le site, en fait d'après la notice on peut à peine se laver les mains.
