Description du produit
Eve is an attractive, conservative widow who has buried her romantic feelings with her husband. Her life revolves around her son and her job as a prosecutor. That is until she meets Noah. A chiseled, fireman, who unbeknownst to the rest of the world, is a gentleman. Noah has just the equipment to revive Eve's emotions from six feet under. The sexual tension between these two is incredible, and when it's combined with the rich character and relationship development, the result is a book that's a page-turner. Also, Eve's Prescription is funny, cleverly written with a distinct Seattle flavor.

About the author
Author, Edwina Martin-Arnold, remembers her mother’s proclamation made long ago. “You’re either going to be a lawyer or a writer because you’re always debating with me about something or scribbling in a notebook.” Edwina’s mother knew her well because with the publication of Eve’s Prescription, Edwina has become both an attorney and an author.
Edwina was born in Texas and grew up in Washington State. She attended the University of Washington where she met and married her husband, John. After working for two years as a buyer at Boeing, Edwina left to attend law school at the University of Puget Sound. Upon graduation, Edwina became a prosecutor. She enjoyed a seven-year career before she left to spend more time with her three children. It was during this time that Edwina was able to fulfill her life long fantasy of becoming a romance writer.

Noah opened the front door to his condo in West Seattle on Saturday, and almost dropped his coffee. Some sloshed over the rim and hit his big toe. “Damn!”
“Not the reaction I expected,” Eve said, standing on the landing outside his door.
Noah let her in, “Not you, the coffee.” He made a comical picture as he held the cup with one hand, and wiped his toe with the other. He put his foot and the coffee down. Then, he looked at her. His expression went from shock, to disbelief, to guarded. She didn’t take her eyes off him as she removed her coat. She boldly looked him up and down, drinking in his brown muscles, which gleamed against the white tank top and boxers he wore. She loved how his immense shoulders tapered into lean hips and long heavily muscled legs. She traveled back up and asked, “Do you live alone?”
